Produced from multi-floral nectar sources where bees foraged on different plant species growing in the wild. The taste, aroma and flavour can vary from season to season, depending on the dominant flower at the time the bees collect the nectar. This is a sweet light honey, yet richly flavoured.
Ideal to be used as an alternative to sugar for sweetening porridge, tea and coffee, or to be served with yoghurt, on crumpets, scones, waffles, muffins, bread or toast.
